Have you heard of a paralytic woman becoming the fastest woman in 1960 Olympics? William Rudolph, a poor girl at the age of 4 had double pneumonia and later got paralyzed with polio. The doctors giving her brace to wear said that she cannot keep down her leg. But her dream was to become the fastest woman on earth. When she was 15, she approached a coach named Ed Temple in Tennessee State University and put across her dreams. With the help of Ed, she was at Olympics, participated in 100 meters, 200 meters and beat Jutta Heina and won the first two gold medals. Third time, in 400 meter relay race she ran like a machine and grabbed her third gold medal and became history. Her dream was fulfilled.
